The main thrust of the Civil Law Project is to provide legal information to people who telephone or attend our office. We offer legal information on various civil issues.

However, we are only able to offer direct assistance in cases that involve the following issues (subject to our guidelines):
  • Landlord and Tenant
  • Small Claims
  • Contracts
  • Bailment/Personal Property
  • Debt/Collection Agencies
  • Employment/Wrongful Dismissal
  • Sale of Goods/Consumer Law
  • Social Services
  • WCB Hearings and Appeals
  • CPP Appeals
  • EI Hearings
  • Student Appeals.

Once we open a file, we act as agents for the individual in all correspondence and court appearances. We also act as agents at before various administrative tribunals.

If you require information, please do not hesitate to contact the Civil & Family Law Project in person at our project office, by telephone, or by email at info@slsedmonton.com.
